The 2024 Kalasha International Film & TV Market Festival marked AFFC’s debut appearance and served as one of our first opportunities to launch the AFFC brand and introduce the African Female Filmmakers Collective to the industry at this prestigious event.
Over the three-day festival, we had the chance to engage with numerous organizations in the sector, connect with like-minded filmmakers and foster meaningful discussions about potential collaborations and identifying market gaps we could address.
Participants were excited about the prospect of a female-led collective.
